Who we are

Hi! We’re Charlene and Emily. We are two New Mexicans with a passion for crafting. As two full-time mental health professionals we were constantly looking for different forms of self-care. We were thrilled to find that creating in various forms allowed us to take care of our minds and hearts while providing cute and affordable goods to our community.

Charlene was born and raised in Silver City, New Mexico. She found a passion and love for paper crafting through her great-grandma Dean. When she was a child, Charlene and her grandmother would spend hours together scrapbooking and making greeting cards for local community members. Charlene also enjoys wood-working, gardening, and her cat, renowned Folded Fawn Supervisor, Lottie.

Emily was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a serial hobby collector and passionate creative she always found solace among the aisles of craft stores. At the height of the pandemic Emily was gifted a sewing machine from her mother. Since then, she has been sewing and creating hand-stitched goods and accessories. Emily also enjoys polymer clay work, book binding, and her little sassy dog, Ellie.

Our sun-catchers are made by Jennette, Emily’s mother. Jennette is a proud product of the South Valley in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She found a love for crafting after her retirement in 2017 Aside from bead and wire work she also enjoys making jewelry and decomesh wreaths.
